IMPLEMENT

Once graduation is finished, the Buckskin experience has only just begun for our graduating youth leaders. We equip our graduates with the tools, confidence, and experience to return to their home troops and communities as empowered youth leaders. We hope that the Buckskin experience and training carries the Heart of Virginia Council and its Scouts to even greater heights.
